Congratulations to our April Athletes of the Month, David and Michelle!

David has been with us since Aug 16th, 2019. If you come to the 7pm class at Northlake, then you know how hard David works. We have watched David grow and progress every day and love his work ethic. His favorite movements are Deadlifts or Split Jerks. Keep up the amazing work David!

Michelle is one of our athletes at West. She has been doing CrossFit for about a year and a half, but has been at QC Fit for four months. In her words, she “loves QC Fit because everyone is constantly pushing me to step outside of my comfort zone. In just the short four months I have been here, I’ve seen so much growth in myself and cannot wait to see how much more I’ll grow! I also can’t wait to compete in Battle for the Crown next month!” Michelle impresses us with how she continues to show up (even if there is running in the WOD)!

Our very own athlete and yoga instructor Danielle Justus alongside yoga instructor Sara Guterbock are opening QC Yoga, a hot yoga studio offering power, slow flow, deep stretch, meditation and more! QC Yoga will be open to everyone and will be located at our West location.
